Following Objectives are pursued in order to meet the requirements Quality Policy as well as accreditation bodies, legal, regulatory and contractual requirements:
(a) To maximize the scope of Accreditation
- To take accreditation for ISO 14001
- To take accreditation for ISO 22000
- To take accreditation for ISO 27001
- To take accreditation for CE Marking

(b) To maximize the Industry Sector as per EAC code & to achieve full scope
(c) To increase competence of empanelled & employed auditors
(d) Increase in Customer Satisfaction Level
(e) Reduction in number of Cases of Appeals, Number of Complaints, Number of Cases for not meeting the
committed dates of Audits as per schedule
(f) Ensuring uniformity of Coverage of standard during audit
(g) Reduction in the ratio of out sourced team vs in-house personnel for audit & other back office operations |

These objectives are measured by suitable data collection and targets are decided/ reviewed during various review meetings. Other metrics of each process are monitored as process indicators. |
